Transformyx Facilities & Infrastructure are Second to None in the Gulf Coast Region.
Transformyx maintains two physical offices (Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana) that house most of our 80+ employees. The company also maintains fulltime remote engineers in Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.
Corporate Headquarters & Data Center
The Transformyx Primary Data Center (Baton Rouge, LA) is a free-standing and purpose-built industrial Data Center. The facility is built from the ground up as a 32,000 sq. ft. freestanding industrial-grade data center similar to the military, financial, airline, and other critical service facilities around the country.
Only Transformyx customers with critical loads located within the machine room spaces are allowed in secure spaces. All entries are logged, and two-factor identification is required.

Client Support Center
We maintain a full Client Support Center in our Baton Rouge Data Center and Corporate Headquarters. Our CsC is manned 24x7x365 by our local support team.
This team of 15+ trained and certified individuals, handles all incoming support requests and can escalate upward to 25+ individuals on Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams of high-level support engineers to handle any issues from the desktop to connectivity to data center services to cybersecurity incidents and more.

Dallas Data Center
The Transformyx Secondary Data Center (Dallas, TX) is connected via dark fiber to the DALLAS INFOMART providing access to any Tier-1 carrier. Brand new environmental systems and electrical infrastructure are redundant, fully tested and monitored 24/7 to ensure 100% uptime. There is no legacy or end-of-life infrastructure with over 108,000 sq. ft. available and provides Transformyx and its reseller partners with additional Colocation, DRaaS, and IaaS services.
Located conveniently 15 minutes from Love Field Airport, this location is extremely convenient for customers in the Gulf South region looking for an easy to access and robust Data Center to provide Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity capabilities.
