    “Transformyx assumed the IT outsource contract with Alzheimer’s Service of the Capital Area in January of 2009. Our previous service was not able to keep up with our growing demands. Transformyx has served the organization well with a seamless transition and reliable tech services in an exceptional timely manner. Whenever there are technology changes there are always small problems to “tweak” and Transformyx was timely and diligent in resolving these matters as they arose. We have received our first quarterly report illustrating usage, service request summaries & response times and more. Suggestions are made to improve the system and incorporate good technology plans into the organization’s long-range plan. This is done in a “partnership” relationship with no “hard sell” tactics. Technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and reliable. Most issues are resolved remotely within a few hours. If a technician is needed onsite the issue is usually resolved the same day. It’s been a pleasure to work with Transformyx staff and I highly recommend their services.”
