03/13/2020 - COVID-19 PLANNING UPDATE - On behalf of the Transformyx Team, I wanted to send you an update on the COVID-19 planning here at Transformyx. The management team of Transformyx has implemented a work from home policy for all effected employees due to recent school closures. ALL of our support services will continue as normal. We will be manning the Operations teams from both our offices and homes. We had implemented Business Continuity capabilities many years ago which allow our teams to work from anywhere, supporting our customers at a very high level. You should experience support services as normal from us. All customer site implementations are continuing at this time based on customer requests. If any of you need assistance with enabling mobile work or collaboration tools, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help you and we work through this moment together. 03/13/2020 - CYBERSECURITY UPDATE - A malicious website pretending to be the live map for Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases by Johns Hopkins University is circulating on the internet waiting for unwitting internet users to visit the website (corona-virus-map[dot]com). Visiting the website infects the user with the AZORult trojan, an information stealing program which can exfiltrate a variety of sensitive data. It is likely being spread via infected email attachments, malicious online advertisements, and social engineering. Furthermore, anyone searching the internet for a Coronavirus map could unwittingly navigate to this malicious website. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CLICK HERE.

03/13/2020 - COVID-19 has created issues for all citizens of Louisiana. School closures, cancellation of public events and more will create stresses on normal life and business processes and procedures. Transformyx has enacted an internal set of policies and procedures as a proactive measure on working during these challenging times. Transformyx has taken the stance that we will, until instructed otherwise by healthcare authorities and/or state/local government officials, continue to operate as normal for any onsite issues and/or remote support issues. If any of our customers specifically request that we not send technicians or sales people onsite, we will adhere to all customer needs.

While most of our customers already have the ability to 'work from anywhere' with their infrastructure, if your business needs assistance in creating work-from-home scenarios, they are instructed to contact their Transformyx sales consultant immediately or email immediately.
