Transformyx Executive Management Team

Claude Bethea, Chief Executive Officer: Bethea is the CEO and founder of Transformyx, Inc., Louisiana’s largest Web Design and Integration Company. Through Bethea’s leadership Transformyx also designed and created an online application called DynaSite. DynaSite is the world’s most powerful online web design and e-commerce tool. Currently DynaSite has an installed base of over 6000 websites nationwide and has thrust Transformyx, Inc. onto the national and international e-business marketplace. The most recent product release from Transformyx is RallyPoint. RallyPoint is a Crisis Communication and Business Continuity Planning system designed to empower employers in locating and understanding the status of their condition following a disaster.

Bethea also created and published a paper called “Marketing Essentials for the New Millennium” a white paper outlining online strategies and implementation for conducting business and succeeding in the new Information Age. One of the key strengths of Bethea is his ability to make technology easy to understand. This simplicity combined with marketing knowhow and over 20 years of owning and operating a successful corporation has allowed Bethea’s company to service SME and Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and abroad.

Bethea started programming computers professionally by age 14 and attended Louisiana State University from 1984-1989 College of Business Administration - Quantitative Business Analysis. He graduated Acadiana High School with Honors in 1984 but had already started Programming PC’s professionally by age 14 and procured full time employment by age 18 with a Fortune 5 corporation as a lead software engineer. Bethea also has 15 Years of Local Area Networking, Wide Area Networking and systems design experience.

Bethea has been married 19 years to Wendy Suzanne Bethea and has two children, Brooke 17 and Nathan 13. In his spare time Bethea enjoys, Weight Training, Triathlon, Snow Skiing, Golf, Motocross Racing and writing music.
Jim Dubos, Chief Technology Officer. Jim is an Information Technology professional of over 22 years. He has founded 7 technology companies in the areas of Services, Telecommunications, E-Learning, and Systems Monitoring. His expertise includes technology management, systems architecture and strategic planning. In 1995 Jim founded the first commercial ISP in the State of Louisiana, PremierOne serving thousands of business and residential customers. In 2000 Jim was appointed by Gov. Murphy “Mike” Foster to serve as the First CIO for the State of Louisiana. Clients ranged from Louisiana State Government, Education, to Merrill Lynch, Hotmail, Yahoo, and Sony Pictures.
Charles Rougeau, Vice President VoIP & Network Engineering. Charles has over 15 years of technology consulting experience working with some of the worlds largest organizations. His experience includes business critical applications specializing in Unified Communications.

He is customer focused and understands the value of a partnership between a trusted consultant and customer. Clients range from Education and Governmental to Capital City Press, Fugro Chance, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney.

  • Scott Hoppe, Vice President Security & Virtualization. Scott has been extremely proficient with network infrastructures and the operational and security aspects of information technology systems for over 19 years, and has been CISSP certified for 9 years. His focus is enterprise Security, Networking, and IT Operations, but his specialty is seeing the big picture, and then reducing complex problems to simple choices. He also carries more than twenty other technology certifications.

    Scott has a proven track record of successful, on time and under budget projects. Clients range from Education and State Government to Franklin Press and Comprehensive Pain Management.

  • Larry Merrit, Vice President Sales (Government Sector). Larry acts as Vice President of Sales to our Enterprise and Government markets. Leveraging over 35 years of experience in selling and managing the delivery of complex IT solutions to the marketplace, Larry brings value and results to focus on the specific challenges facing each customer environment. In this capacity, he is chartered with identifying and coordinating the necessary resources, technologies and methodologies required to achieve the desired outcomes of our clients.

    Larry has an extensive background in the Information Technology industry, having held sales and sales management positions with some of the industry’s top global and national leaders as well as organizations ranging from regional enterprises to small local businesses. Much of his business development background has been targeted at the commercial, healthcare, education and public sector space, most recently focusing on the managed services environment. Beginning in the early 70’s, he has held positions in practically every segment of IT sales including mainframes and servers, network infrastructure, software, services, and systems availability and recovery.
    Ned Fasullo, Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Ned has been involved in the sales and marketing of technology and telecommunications since 1996. He is credited with selling the first official “internet café” in the State of Florida (Pensacola) in 1996. He was instrumental in the launch of the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets for Nextel Communications, then working for Nextel's largest reseller, NetWireless.

    Since then he worked in a senior sales management capacity for such companies as Teligent, Nextel, AT&T Wireless, Transformyx, Lucent Communications, Truistic Solutions and finally in his own company, SimplifyIT.

    From 2008 to 2010, SimplifyIT was a pioneer in managed IT services for SMB's and nonprofits in Louisiana and Texas. During this time Ned also created was is believed to be the first client training seminars on Facebook and Social Media systems, instructing hundreds of business owners on the utilization of these powerful tools. During this time-frame, Ned also served as a board member for the Louisiana Technology Council. In 2010, SimplifyIT's operations were successfully merged back into Transformyx. In the past 12 months Ned has authored several marketing briefs on Managed IT services, Social Media, and iPad for Business. He is currently working on a book collecting these briefs into one format to be published sometime in 2012, and regularly speaks at technology and technology marketing conferences around the State.

    In 2011, he brought to life a three-year old idea for a technology conference and expo called "TechX" and working with the executive management at Transformyx was able to bring the idea to life. TechX 2011 now stands to be the single largest technology conference and expo in Louisiana since pre-Katrina and will be a major industry attraction for years to come.

    As the host of Transformyx's weekly radio program, Ned has established a strong reputation in the community as a professional and knowledgeable source for information, and a reputation for always putting his client’s needs first.
