In fact the program is broken down into those exact categories to allow your municipal leaders to attack just the areas of interest or greatest need, or the entire offering.

Many cities, towns and counties must cope with declines in state funding and/or tax revenues, while others are forced to expand their services despite inade-quate infrastructure. Phase 1: Assessment and Planning
|
Transformyx brings a team of individuals with diverse and successful backgrounds in technology and telecommunications to your offices to conduct a thorough assessment of your physical assets, collect copies of all current bills from all third party providers. After a two week review, a complete report is provided back to your administration that includes the complete physical inventory of your network equipment, complete report and assessment on your current telecommunications infra-structure and costs associated, a report on your staff’s training needs, etc. We provide as a part of this report, a complete plan for the replacement and/or upgrade of your systems to align to a 5 year plan for technology and telecommunications. |

Phase 2: Funding
|
Transformyx has partnered with Government Capital Corporation to assist our municipal partners in funding their technology and telecommunications needs. Government Capital recognizes that most local governmental leaders are challenged with the daily imperative to increase services to constituents along with a continual demand to "do more with less." They also rec-ognize the challenges that current budgets represent to agencies seeking to fully implement their essential acquisitions of technology and telecommunications. GCC can offer, Lease Purchase Agreements, Installment Sale Agreements, Contractual Obligations, Certificates of Indebtedness, Revenue Pledges, Certificates of Participation and more. Once Phase 1 is complete and approved by the municipality, GCC then begins its process to get funding parameters approved. Once approval of fund-ing is received, we move on to Phase 3. |

Phase 3: Procurement
|
Transformyx provides 100% of the necessary procurement for your project, whether or not we are actually ordering or we are managing that process. We handle receipt of the items needed, and deliver to your locations, providing you a complete re-port for your records. |

Phase 4: Deployment & Implementation
|
Once delivered, our teams begin implementation and deployment based on the pre-approved project plan with your existing technical and administrative staff. This process can take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months depending on the size and scope of the project, and the needs of your administration. |

Phase 5: Training
|
Transformyx takes user training very seriously and has been offering an unparalleled amount of time for training to its clients over the last 15 years. With dedicated training classes at its corporate offices each week, or more specialized onsite training programs lasting 1 day to 1 week, Transformyx will design a program that suits the needs of your staff and implement with a full report upon completion. |

Phase 6: Ongoing Support & Maintenance

In technology, any system you deploy and use will only be as good as the support and maintenance you provide after the fact. Transformyx provides as a part of this program a 3 to 5 year HelpDesk component that allows your employees to route desk-top technology issues, telephony issues, printing issues, etc. directly to us, while your lead IT staff uses our experience to miti-gate enterprise and system-wide issues, 911 system issues, GIS issues and more. |
