It provides clients with a single management contact, Application Heath and Monitoring for their Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Jabber, Contact Center Express and Voice Infrastructure.

An important part of Managed Voice services are our Quarterly Business Reviews. These reviews are scheduled events with our Account Management team, Service Desk resources and the client. It is an opportunity to review the services for the past quarter and plan services for the next.

Transformyx offers an MSP pricing model to include moves, adds, and changes (MAC), hardware and application monitoring, remote and onsite diagnostics and issue remediation. These services combined with Cisco maintenance provide customers with a complete coverage model. Below are our standard service offerings.
