Transformyx offers three dynamic ways to make managed IT services a reality for your business or organization. Whether you have 1 PC or 10,000 PC's, we can craft a custom built service delivery that's just right for you.

Basic Managed IT Service Plan

Our Basic MSP offering is a monthly, fixed fee, service that costs $24.99 per PC, per month and $199 per server, per month. This plan is uniquely suited for organizations that have little or no budget for proper IT infrastructure (schools, non-profits, smb's), organizations that have IT budgets but do not have IT people on staff (legal, architecture, healthcare, etc) and organizations that have a large number of PC's but only a few internal IT resources who are always stretched thin. With this plan, all remote support issues are covered in the monthly fee schedule. Any support issues that require one of our technicians on your premise is billed at $75.00 per hour. Transformyx includes all of the following services as a fixed fee monthly rate:

Free initial network assessment and network health report prior to signing on, 24x7 network monitoring, maintenance and security, Unlimited remote help desk Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST, Business-class antivirus and spam protection for all users, Deployment of Microsoft updates with rollback capability

Standard Managed IT Service Plan

Our Basic MSP offering is a monthly, fixed fee, service that costs $49.99 per PC, per month and $199 per server, per month. This Managed Service Plan is all inclusive, designed for the power-user/mobile user type organization who want a true fixed fee for support. With this plan, all remote support issues are covered in the monthly fee schedule, as well as all on-site visits. Transformyx includes all of the following services as a fixed fee monthly rate:

Free initial network assessment and network health report prior to contract PLUS a complete hardware, software, network and user audit, 24x7 Real-time monitor-ing of network, system hardware and Windows Event Logs, Unlimited remote help desk and on-site support Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST, Business-class antivirus and spam protection for all users, Deployment of Microsoft updates with rollback capability, Scheduled reports with asset inventory and performance history, And over 25 additional daily/weekly/monthly network maintenance routines and activities
