DynaSite EDU - Content Management System for K-12 Education DynaSite EDU is an educational variation of the core DynaSite system built specifically for K-12 and Universites, allowing them to deploy a comprehensive and brand focused solution for their public & private websites, departmental sites, and teacher sites. Hosted in the cloud, the system provides for unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth for the institution and can be packaged with or without a cloud hosted email solution to provide business level Exchange 2010 email for administrators and OWA webmail for teachers and students. As an optional add-on, RallyPoint can be bundled with DynaSite EDU to provide a continuity and recovery system for all employees. Since 2003, Transformyx has provided its DynaSite EDU system to the East Baton Rouge Parish Public School System. Arguably the largest public school district in the state, the system publishes over 3,000 sites on their platform for all administrative sites, school sites and teacher sites. All sites have syndicated content driven from the main school board site, and school sites can syndicate content to their teacher sites, etc. Individual schools sites ad teacher sites are created with the click of a mouse and create a pre-defined page structure universal to all schools and teachers, while allowing for additional page types to be added by the site's owners. Permission publishing is in place for requesting non-traditional content to help protect the EBR brand.

Students and their parents can register on their teacher sites to receive email alerts, download homework plans and see class calendars. All registered emails of parents are then copied to a central directory where the district can access and mail to at will. School sites can be eCommerce capable with a mouse click allowing them to fundraise, sell supplies, etc. Admin sites for departments such as food services, maintenance and transportation are also used. Training is provided through several mechanisms for the district that include: web-based live, web-based recorded, teacher in-service (summer only) and admin in-service (scheduled anytime). The system is hosted in a high-availability cloud environment in Herndon, Virginia with fail-over redundancy to Chicago, Nevada and the UK.
