Transformyx is a proud member of the MSP Alliance. The following is provided to all MSP's who join the MSPAlliance. MSPA is our industry's singular entity for accreditation, legislation and regulation of our industry.
Companies who have joined and participated in MSPA's offerings have seen their businesses grow by factors of 50% to 150% over the past 5 years. All of our industry’s major technology providers recognize MSPA as the authority and all others as second best.
Upon its inception, the MSPA authored a "code of ethics" that was given to all new members. This COE is included in our customer's welcome kits as they become our customers and we follow this COE to enable our company to grow and prosper, not just in revenue, but in integrity and reputation amongst our peers and competitors.
We are members of the MSPA and thus will be including this in our handbooks and customer facing information moving forward. |

Gartner has established two Global IT Councils — one on cloud computing and one on IT maintenance. Each of the Global IT Councils has been tasked with developing a set of basic rights and/or responsibilities for their specific area of technology. Members have discussed the issues candidly and in depth, and offered their real-world observations about problems in these areas, as well as practical, actionable recommendations for resolving them.
The Gartner Global IT Council for Cloud Services has defined key rights and responsibilities of service consumers that will help both providers and consumers establish and maintain successful business relationships. This document describes some of the most pressing rights and responsibilities along with the reasons why they are necessary. Additional critical rights and responsibilities will emerge as cloud services mature. |
